Once the balloons are in your possession, they are your responsibility. please (see my Balloon after care information )
Any lost, stolen or damaged property of Balloon Elegance will be invoiced to the client to be replaced or fixed.
Any latex allergies must be declared at time of booking.
Children and animals must be supervised at all times around the set ups, balloons are hazardous and children and animals pose risk of choking is unsupervised.
Balloons must not be placed near sharp objects or heat.
The use of clear adhesive hooks and command hooks for some installations the client gives permission to use, and understands the risks of damage that MAY incur, whilst every care is taken this cant always be prevented. Please let me know if you don't want these to be used.
Helium is NOT safe to inhale and in extreme cases can cause asphyxiation. Helium balloons need extra care please see after care information.
By paying 50% non refundable deposit you are agreeing to our T&C’s, this is required to book and secure your date, with remaining balance due no later than 2 weeks before the event date. No deposit= date is not secure & at risk of being booked by another client. All deposits are non refundable it is transferable subject to availability, 50% will be deducted from the total event price.
Cancellation and refund policy, if a client wishes to cancel their event it must be done no later than 14 days before their event to receive their remaining balance refund if the event has been paid in full prior, deposits remain non-refundable, after 14 days no refund will be due.
Once the props are in the clients possession they are the clients responsibility, Balloon Elegance team will not be responsible for any damage during the event duration.
PHOTO RELEASE CLAUSE. The client gives permission for photographs and videos to be taken prior to, during and following their event. They are aware that this content will be created and utilised across social media platforms for advertising purposes. Balloon elegance may use this content on their website, printed material, and/or all social media, at their own discretion or at a later date. If you do not agree to the image release, you must inform us before paying your deposit.

Balloon Elegance

Our balloons are always pre-inﬂated to spot any potential faults. once the balloons are in your possession they are your responsibility, so please take care as they are delicate. Helium ﬁlled balloons, remove from your vehicle asap, also remove from the transportation bag (if applicable). Store at room temperature, balloons don't like adverse temperatures. Foil balloons will deﬂate in cold weather but will re inﬂate when in room temperature. KEEP AWAY from sharp objects and heat. Balloons can be hazardous. Always supervise children and animals around set ups/balloons. Factors beyond our control, helium ﬂoat times can vary, but the average ﬂoat times are... latex untreated= 6 - 8 hrs latex treated = 12-24 hrs clear bubbles=24hrs deco bubble =36-72hrs

Balloon aftercare

Air ﬁlled designs can last weeks if handled carefully, but can be affected by different temperatures and handling. At the end of a balloons life, cut the end of the balloon release any remaining air/gas then dispose of it in the bin, Never release balloons into the environment. All released balloons become litter. These can also get caught up in power lines and trees.
